We had a wonderful experience. The space is well designed! We were thankful for all the thoughtful touches that were provided. It’s a great location too.
This property is the perfect pied a terre for anyone wanting to explore Basalt, Snowmass, and Aspen. Located right on the Roaring Fork and the Rio Grande hike and bike trail, it couldn’t be more convenient. It was also the most well-furnished place we’ve stayed (kitchen, bathroom, etc.) whoever remodeled it did a fabulous job. We recommend this property highly!
Great secluded location within 10min of Snowmass. Thought the unit was well stocked and clean. Loved the heated floors in the bathroom and the bidet! 😎 I have one at home and the first rental that had a nice one.
Thanks again for a great stay!
We had an enjoyable five day stay at this newly remodeled condo. It is clean, modern, and well stocked with everything we needed. Sitting by the river in the evening was nice. Arrival instructions were clear and easy. The owner offered us early check-in, even though we did not request it we thought that was very gracious of her
Compact but very comfortable space & generous bedroom. Carefully and tastefully decorated - clean, modern, and comfortable - well equipped kitchen with service for eight, plenty of towels and amenities - unlike so many other rentals, you don't feel nickel and dimed; you feel like they want you to have a great experience. Woody Creek is convenient to Aspen and Basalt and you can hear the creek through the open windows at night. Will definitely come back!
A lovely and inviting 1BR condo with a comfortable pull-out bed in the living room, with a movable partition for privacy. Cozy for two skiers, who commuted by car to the Town Park park and ride and caught the ski shuttle up to Snowmass. Condo is also right there where the connector bus can take you to the Brush Creek intercept lot, to connect up to Snowmass. This was going to be our Plan B to travel up the mountain in case of heavy snow conditions.
The bathroom is plush with extras and very much the premier bathroom I’ve had in all my travels. Heated floor, bidet toilet seat, double shower, heated towel racks. It will spoil you. Compact washer and dryer worked well, and the kitchen had all the right cooking items to prepare breakfasts and dinner.
I would stay in Anastasia and Val’s condo again if I return to ski.
Our four night stay celebrated a birthday with fly fishing, visiting and sharing a meal with friends, and enjoying the changing seasons. Val and Anastasia’s property is perfectly appointed and equipped to provide for rest and enjoyment. The comfort of the bedroom, high-end bathroom appointments, and location were perfectly suited to our desire for a splurge getaway and outdoor plans. Every feature and detail shows thought and consideration for possible needs of guests. We felt fortunate to stay here and would gladly do so again.

The bed is super comfortable with plenty of closet storage for clothes and luggage. No clutter!!
The Rio Grande Trial and River right outside!!
Very well located and minutes to Brush Creek Park and Ride.
Quiet, Beautiful and Serene. Lovely home with all the comforts of a 5 Star resort
We enjoyed our lovely stay in the mountains. Even in heavy snow it was easy to get to. The hosts are very responsive and make you feel at home. They spared no expense on the decor and fixtures. This truly is a lovely home that is cared for and has a great location on the Rio Grande trail. We will be returning again. Wishing Val and Anastasia the best in 2023. Thank you so much for your hospitality! Its a lovely little gem you have on the roaring fork. We wished we could stay longer...
We were looking for a relaxing spot outside of Aspen core and this property fit the bill. The backyard has a deck overlooking the Roaring Fork River where we enjoyed morning coffee and afternoon wine. Out front you are steps away from the bike trail that will take you to Basalt or Woody Creek and Aspen. The unit has been recently beautifully renovated and has everything you might need. A special touch was all the items they had for your arrival including olive oil, spices, bagels, coffee, creamer, eggs, and more. We loved our stay and highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a place that is restful and out of the city. The hosts were available for any and all needs.
