Larkspur Landing Extended Stay Suites Renton

2/10 Terrible

"I had just checked in to my room and within a half hour the entire hotel’s electricity went out. Had to wait in the dark lobby for two hours until l my company could relocate me to another hotel in the same parking lot that did have electricity. The staff offered no explanation nor assistance. This was the second chance I gave this hotel. The first visit was a week before. I couldn’t access my room because the door lock was malfunctioning. I had to make four trips to the front desk before they sent maintenance to see what the problem was. Maintenance was in my room working for about an hour when they finally they decided to give me a new room. Needless to say, I will not be giving them a third try. This hotel is not well maintained and does not put the comfort of their guests first."
