"We had issues with leaking and didn’t have a sofa or bed for the 2nd night. The lady we’d been in comms with throughout check in and who had been texting us all the rules then totally ignored us. I’ve since been told her phone wasn’t working which I find strange. And then no attempt to make up for a spoilt night away.
