Excellent location for the village and Saturday Market... easy walking everywhere and just a short drive to the plethora of beaches and tourist activities. The outdoor bath was so great on a starry night.... And I couldn't believe how quiet the place was, considering it's on a main road.... Would I stay here again... absolutely!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at this cute bach near Matheson Bay. It was comfortable and well-equipped and had a very homey feel. Loved the sea views from the deck and the birdsong in the bush."

"Very clean and comfortable. Good bed and shower. Plenty of good quality linen. For a longer stay clothes storage might be an issue as most of the wardrobe (could do with more hangers), bedside tables and chest of drawers were taken up with the owner's personal belongings. Our stay was 2 weeks so we kept our suitcases open on the bed in the other bedroom (which is not included in the let). "We absolutely loved our stay as a volleyball team at the grand retreat and could not have asked for better accommodation. It is super flash, spacious, plenty of bathrooms and sleeping options, quiet location and perfect to access the motorway, beach and sports stadium on the Northshore. It offered amazing options for our girls to keep busy playing basketball, enjoying the spa and sauna, singing karaoke, watching movies and all sitting around to share meals and play card games.
