One of the highlights of The Light House is the unique lookout room at the top, providing unparalleled views of the surrounding area and creating a lighthouse-like experience for guests. Step out onto the ocean-side decks to enjoy the encompassing views, with the deck area expanded for 2021 to include a dining area, perfect for al fresco meals with loved ones.

Just a short walk down the private boardwalk gets your toes in the sand, allowing for easy access to the pristine beach. Relax and unwind in the spacious main level, featuring an open floor plan and plenty of seating options in the living room in front of the TV.

Great location

Pros: Great location. This is actually half of the house, but it really didn’t bother us. Direct access to the beach. Topsail Island is a nice and quiet. Wide beach with white sand. Great place for vacation with family and friends. Cons: House was not cleaned up. Countertop in a kitchen was sticky, hairs in a bathrooms, old coffee left in coffee machine, dust on the floors in bedrooms. We contacted property management right away, they promised to send cleaning crew next day. Didn’t happen. Not happy about it, but after we cleaned house ourselves (mainland due COVID-19 concerns), the rest of our stay was excellent. Kitchen cabinets and bathrooms are a little outdated. Overall experience is positive, we had wonderful time with friends and family.
