This home is equipped with everything you could possibly desire for a beach getaway such as a Smart TV in the living room AND each bedroom, two large oceanfront decks, a modern kitchen with stainless appliances, and a private beach access walkover only shared with 113 S. Permuda Wynd! The Community pool and private hot tub just add to the perks of this beach house!

Sandy Feet

This cottage was perfect for our family of 8. We enjoyed the oceanfront location with easy access to the beach and the neighborhood pool. We found everything was just as described by the owner. Bring beach chairs and sand toys.

Property management company missed the mark

We emailed two weeks ahead, then called a day ahead to be sure the hot tub would be cleaned and ready for our stay. We were assured it would be clean. Arrived to a green hot tub full of sand, overflowing trash bins and unwashed comforters with several stains.
