Your dream vacation awaits at the beautiful Sea For Yourself! This well-appointed home has all of the comforts of home along with the amenities of beachside living. A spacious property boasting stunning ocean views, private beach access, multiple decks, an additional sitting room, a home theater system with included Netflix and iPod dock, and a PRIVATE HOT TUB. Sea For Yourself is located in the North Topsail Beach community of Ocean Ridge, which offers a community pool located just steps away from this house.

Sea For Yourself offers 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Bed sizes include a King, 2 Queens, a Pyramid Bed (Twin on top, Full on bottom), a Bunk Bed (2 Twins), a Queen Murphy Bed, and 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa. Please note: Fireplace for decoration only/not for guest use.

Wonderful Week!

We loved our stay here! It's just steps to the beach and was perfect and spacious for our two families with kids ranging in age from baby to 10 years old. We loved the hot tub too! Thanks for a great stay!

October 2024

My husband and I were fortunate to spend most of October 2024 here. The house was very clean and extremely well appointed! We’ve been staying it Ocean Ridge Village since 2006. All of the houses we’ve been to, this was the absolute best appointed kitchen of all of them. Plenty of mixing bowls, cookware, silverware, utensils, serving ware, etc. It even has a garbage disposal, which is uncommon and invaluable! Lewis Realty and the property owner were great to work with and communicated quickly on any inquiries. We will gladly return another day!!

A wonderful stay

We stayed for one week and it was super enjoyable. There was no rain, perfect weather, and lovely views of the ocean. The house was amazing and the view from the hot tub was great. We also found some great places to eat. We really hope to come here again next year!

We stayed at Sea for Yourself in July 2023 and thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful home and fabulous location. Since we ate in for the majority of our meals, the kitchen had all the cookware and dinnerware we needed. The best stocked kitchen we have experienced.

Beach week

Weather was great, beautiful sunrises and even sunsets. Beach was great. Used rental service so had chairs and umbrellas set up each day. House had all amenities listed. Loved the hot tub.

Dreamy vacation!

We couldn't have asked for a better location or a nicer house to stay in! We really enjoyed being steps away from the water, the layout of the , and relaxing in the hot tub. The house was sparkling clean when we arrived. We really appreciated the cleanliness given the fact that we were traveling during the pandemic. I would definitely come back here again!

Beautiful Oceanfront Beachhouse!

This was our first visit to Topsail Beach. We loved the location -- perfect for families. The beach house was beautiful -- plenty of space for our party of 11. The house was clean and the kitchen well-equipped. This oceanfront house has large windows providing beautiful ocean views. The large deck providing additional views of the Atlantic was much enjoyed by our group.

Sea for Yourself- Amazing!

This house was beautiful and spotless. Kitchen was updated and furniture was very nice. This is the first rental house I have ever stayed in where all of the beds were so comfortable! Hot tub was very clean and in great shape. And you cannot beat that location and the view! Morning coffee on the deck overlooking the ocean was so relaxing. Our family would definitely rent this house again if we came back to Topsail.

First beach Christmas!

We had a wonder first beach Christmas vacation! The house was beautiful, loved the decor. The only tiny complaint was the construction trailer parked that interfered with our gorgeous view. I tried calling the realty company but they were off for the holidays. Someone did finally move it on the 26th, much better. The weather was not the best the first couple of days but the rest of the week was glorious. We saw dolphins almost everyday and lots of sharks teeth were collected. We had four adults and five kids ranging from 8-17 and we had plenty of room. We really enjoyed the hot tub too. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and baking, very nice appliances and plenty of very nice pots/pans/baking equipment, not cheap stuff that you find in most rentals. Very much appreciated! The only thing that was missing was a rubber spatula! I would definitely rent this home again and recommend it to anyone looking for a large beach home on North Topsail.

Phenomenal!

This home was everything we'd hoped for and more! First, the pluses: the view is stunning, location is convenient to everything you'd want to do, the house was well-stocked with almost everything you could need. We loved sitting on the decks, listening to the waves and we even saw dolphins one morning. Having the garage was a nice bonus as was the keyless entry! Be sure to check out Shaka Tacos, Rick's, JM's Seafood and Grocery and Daddy Mac's. A few suggestions: It states that there's a fireplace, and there is, but you can't use it. It'd be better if the description said "for looks only" instead of trying to hunt down the info and calling the rental office. I understand that we need to bring/order some of our personal things, but it would be a nice touch if there could be one roll of toilet paper in the half bathroom incase you didn't have a chance to go to the store. The info. binder needs to be updated about how to use the TV/DVD player. We were able to figure it out but an update would be helpful. The only thing the kitchen needs is a rubber scraper. Lastly, the decor could use some editing, like the fake plants, the plethora of lamps and things covering most of the wall space. I realize this can sound petty, but the decor really sets a tone and feeling for a space. Less is best and more calming and relaxing. Thank you for renting out your home. We had a lovely time!

Great house

We were very pleased with the house. We did not realize that there were so many beds, besides the 4 bedrooms. There are several sleeper sofas - you could really pack in more people. The kitchen was very well stocked. The only thing we could not find were wine glasses - we found one but that certainly didn't stop us from drinking. We did love the beer mugs that could be frozen for a cold beer. They are currently building a house right next store, so there was some noise due to that. But it really didn't impact our stay. We really enjoyed our time even though part of the week was cold and rainy - probably saved us from getting more burnt from our beach time. This was our first visit to the Topsail area - we will definitely be back.

Amazing beach house in a great location. The beach felt very secluded and private. I also loved being near the north topsail surf shop for the ability to rent surf gear.

North Topsail Beach in your backyard

Awesome location with beach access. Floor plan is closed off, but plenty of room for 13 with 3 small kids. Simple amenities like toilet paper, salt and pepper and sugar not included?!? First time for that. Lewis Realty was responsive to our call to have jacuzzi cleaned during stay (not cleaned prior to our arrival). Have a great week at the beach and created happy family memories.

Family beach getaway

This is our second year renting this property. Perfectly situated on the beach. Can sit in the hot tub and admire the waves. Very clean. I forgot to reserve linens and on call rental company was able to coordinate on the day of my arrival. Close to restaurants (Pizza Hut delivers!) Shaka Taco was especially good. Overall a lovely place to get away to the beach.

Beautiful

This house was beautiful! Seven friends, plenty of room. House was spotless, accomodations were perfect. One thing you might want to consider....lots of steps, no elevator. Depending on who you're renting for this might be a consideration. Carrying luggage and supplies up the steps from garage or back steps to the deck was a bit rough for us. Location is amazing. Though house sits by road the beach view is AMAZING! Such a wonderful week.
