This unit is on third floor. There is no elevator at our facility. A very reliable and affordable service called the Bellhop Boys is available for hire to help you bring your items in for check-in and check out. Please research this service if you are interested in hiring them!

This condo offers a full kitchen newer appliances, Smart TV, cable, Wi-Fi, Tennis & Basketball courts, designated grilling areas and an onsite laundry facilities. Laundry rooms are located between Buildings 1/2 and 7/8. For your convenience, the washing machines are credit/debit card operated!

***PLEASE DO NOT WALK ON THE SANDBAGS OR ON THE DUNES/BEACH AREA BEHIND THE SANDBAGS. These areas are protected and off limits for guests to access. Failure to comply may result in a town-issued fine.
**Guests are responsible for removing all personally-accumulated trash, and for washing all dishes that have been used, prior to checking out Please be sure to thoroughly wash any dishes, casserole dishes, pots and pans, and the air fryer after usage.. An additional cleaning fee will be charged for any trash/dishes left upon check out.
**Please leave bedroom Della unit on AC mode during your stay and before checking out to assure that the unit remains dehumidified and comfortable. Please keep the front door and sliding glass balcony door closed as much as possible. This will assure that the condo stays at a cool, comfortable temperature, especially during the warm summer months.
**This property is located directly on the beach. Due to being so close to the ocean, water bugs may occasionally be spotted, especially during the warmer months. Our unit is professionally sprayed bi-monthly, and spot treated in between stays. We can assure you that we do everything possible to prevent these insects from entering our property, and appreciate your understanding if an occasional critter makes an appearance!
