Location, close to the beach. Great service and food at the hotel area. Close to restaurants and shopping center.

Ideally located right next to the airport, the place is run very efficiently, it's clean and tight, the amenities are nice for what you need on an overnight stay or a business travel. Highly recommend this accommodation if you're in Sarasota for a short stay.

Staff made us feel very special, pools were amazing, parking was very convenient, spa was phenomenal!

We didn’t realize this hotel was BRAND NEW when we booked it. Literally open for a week and a half! I was blown away with how nice this hotel was, especially for the price! We loved the hotel. Did not expect a Hampton Inn to be in a historic hotel building. It was beautiful! Our room was lovely and comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was varied and excellent. The details and furnishings were appropriate for the age and elegance of the building. It was not at all what we expected from a chain hotel. It was a wonderful surprise and experience!

Really nice, clean, short walk distance to Walmart and a gas station. Stage was ver kind and professional. Took care of all my needs.

The Hotel is clean and has been updated. One of the best Hampton Inns I have stayed in. Staff was verry friendly too.

The place was just as listed. Dan and Amy were amazing and accommodating to all our needs. Answered any question we had prior to arrival and during our stay. Housekeeping was spot on with new beach and shower towels each day along with emptying our garbage each day. The location was spectacular. What a beautiful beach resort!! We completely enjoyed our stay at Zota Beach Resort. The entire staff delivers great service. Our room was wonderful and the bed and pillows very comfortable. The pool is heated and we could swim no matter the temperature outside. Pool and beach service-available for drinks and food. The food was so delicious!! The staff work so hard so you can enjoy your vacation. And there are fun extras like Cornhole, a ping pong table outside, a large chess game, Connect Four...

Would like dinner place

Just needed a quick one night stay while we waited for our apartment keys, had lower expectations for this property but they blew me away! This stay was truly amazing and the workers were great! Not a bug, crumb, or dust speck in sight!

This is a restored older motel with all the comforts you need. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

Wonderful stay for so many reasons. The comfortable spacious rooms, delicious breakfast, rooftop pool and bar combined with the helpful staff all makes this the best value in Sarasota!

The property was very clean and the staff was super friendly. There are two pools and a restaurant next door as well as a pretty cool rooftop bar. There is construction going on around the entrance, but it will be done in time. I really enjoyed my stay.

Inexpensive overnight stay for a nearby event with free breakfast. Very clean room and breakfast was good. Nice to have fridge and microwave and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Only issue was people talking outside the room at night but would ask for an upstairs room next time.
