"I was only here for 24 hours, I booked a trip for a concert and to visit one of my best friends here in the city. When we arrived, the room I had requested (family suite) was not available at check-in time however, the front desk and management by far exceeded my expectations in making the situation better. We were on a tight deadline to shower and get into the room quickly, so they were able to find us a room, and did some other things to go above and beyond great customer service!!!! From somebody who has managed hotels, I sincerely appreciate all of the efforts that went into making my experience amazing!! Not only that, I have been welcome back again, which gives me an opportunity to spend more time with my Bestie, and can’t wait to experience their rooftop bar! This location was fantastic, the vibes when you walked in were on point, the lobby bar was sexy, and we really loved the decor in the room - there was even a super cute box of all local items, which I appreciated the most!! Thank you again, especially the young lady at the front desk, who dealt with a very crabby, hot and sweaty girly fresh off a flight—-I really appreciate you!! Thank you 💜"
