"Nice hotel. Lotion was great. We left the room and a man told us we smelled good! Only thing needed was a pump bottle of body wash installed in the shower. Staff was friendly and efficient. Would stay again when in the area. "

"This gem is tucked away in a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood. The host is a great communicator and we felt like we were living our best life! Swimming in the private pool at sunset, every amenity and then some at our disposal and restful sleep. We enjoyed great proximity to museums, Austin and the cute town of Smithville. Would return for sure!"

"The owner Tiffani is one of the sweetest people you'll ever meet. She's an amazing cook as well. She shared her family recipes for breakfast and was very accommodating. I stayed in the Texas Special room which was in the main house with a balcony. The house has all the small town southern charm you'd expect."
