The homestead is full of warmth and character, with the open kitchen/dining/lounge area, fire place and the wrap around verandah being the focal points for us. We also rented the separate cottage, also with a great view of the farm and the lake. Our dogs were kept comfortable with wide open space and fenced enclosure when needed. "Talk about value! I arrived late and had to leave early, but the cabin was great. Heaps of space and bedding, with a full kitchen etc. on my way out I stopped briefly to look at the beautiful views of the river. Id really like to come back again when I'm not on a mission to get from North to South asap and spend a few days. "
