"The place was not clean. Dirt and debris all over the floors. The bathrooms were clean but the downstairs one had no shower curtain and the upstairs one had mildew. We spent the first 45 minutes cleaning but we couldn't get the carpets clean because the vacuum cleaner barely worked. The Wi-Fi didn't work even after we rebooted the modem. When we told the host the network didn't show they replied "that's the only one there is best regards". Overall host communication and support was poor. ...

Lou is an exceptional host, was very welcoming, and had excellent information to share about the area. It was a very special visit for our whole family! "
