Tucked away is this spacious private walkout basement retreat. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, oversized bedrooms, large entertainment area and so much more. We're just a stones throw away to all your favorite activities including Cherry Peak ski resort, hiking and biking trails, historic sites and the hustle and bustle of down town Logan. You'll access the property through a private driveway and entrance so you can come and go as you please.
The surrounding property includes a pergola complete with grape vines and bistro table, children's play set, and a vegetable garden.

No matter the reason, this is a great place to stay while you enjoy all that cache valley has to offer.

Fabulously Family Friendly

Perfect for our needs and has everything you need and then some. It was a perfect place to stay for our family reunion and our 1 1/2 year old grandson was in heaven with all the extra toys and dress up available. Reunion Prep Dream

This property was just what we needed to prepare for our family reunion. The hostess was so kind to work with our schedule. The large fridge and freezer were great to store food, and the nice kitchen and counterspace to prep our food for the reunion. We even enjoyed having grandkids stop by after the reunion to spend extra time with us. Thank you for helping us have such a wonderful time with family! We also enjoyed the pleasant peaceful setting, cute decorations and clean fresh open feel. We highly recommend this home.

The basement has everything you need! We wished we could have stayed longer. My kids loved the bunk beds. Its very clean and you wouldn't even know people were upstairs. It feels like a completely separate unit.

Absolutely perfect

It’s a little tricky to find the driveway in the dark… but once we did and took a chance on driving back onto the property… it was amazing. Beds were SO comfortable and more than enough amenities for our stay- kinda wish we could have just hung out in the yard for a bit. Took the long way around the house looking for the garbage when we left, so Ingot the full tour and it’s just breathtaking. We come to visit family in Logan and this will be our new home away from home even if it’s a little further out.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. The rooms were spacious, and since there was 6 of us, it was very convenient. The only negative was that the owners had a family BBQ during our stay. It didn't actually impact our stay, as we were gone during that time period at our own family BBQ in a park, but it was our understanding that we had access to the grounds during the whole time. So if you plan to book to stay at the location the whole time, maybe check that. There were many games, books, and even dress up clothes provided. The cooking facilities were also exceptional.

Fun for the whole family

We took our young family of 5 to this wonderfully charming home in Smithfield. Located on a quiet street, we loved going for bike rides in the neighborhood. Our kids absolutely loved the playground and variety of super hero dress up options. We were a little worried about our 5 year old autistic boy being too noisy, he just loved all the toys and games available and would scream with delight each chance he got to play. We felt so welcome here, the wonderful woman upstairs even gave us some bandaids when my 7 year old crashed his bike and scraped his knee.
