"The flat you'll be given is not the one you thought you'd booked. Arrived at Capel St to collect key from kebab shop (!) but key not there. We were told to go back after an hour but that we'd get a flat in Parnell St. When we returned the instructions changed to going east to Custom House area, picking up key from internet café opposite Connolly Station. "First time overseas so we had to get use to a few things such as the room key to operate the lights. Food was great and the hotel stay was very good. Only complaint was the door to the bathroom was in an awkward position."
