"The location is pretty good, a block from St Stephens Green. The hotel is good but I think that the 5 star rating doesn’t do it any favors because it is not comparable to other 5 star properties in the city. It is a good hotel and that is it, nothing special about it. The breakfast is okay but the service is pretty bad. Lots of waiters trying to hard not to make eye contact so they cam avoid taking your order. Stuff we ordered just never arrived on a couple of occasions. The bar is very nice...

"Extortionate for what you get. Not worth the price, zero amenities, no gym, fitness, wellness, nothing at all. You’re literally paying for a bed in a tiny standard room that has paper thin walls. No breakfast unless you book direct even though you pay the same price third party, which only mentions in the fine print that breakfast is not included. Far better options available in Dublin City. I’d rate this hotel a 3 star overall at best"

"EXTRAORDINARY!!!!! The flights were cancelled late in Dublin and a number of people came to check in after 9pm. The hotel's staff came back in and they opened the dining room to accommodate all the hungry travelers. Exceptional service. The property is STUNNING!!!!!!! Just absolutely top notch. I felt like royalty."
