"The location and views were amazing! We enjoyed the most beautiful sunsets every evening, and it was so convenient to drive to the T and Ferry for easy access into Boston each day. We also loved being able to safely bike around the neighborhood and explore the area.Since this was our first time visiting, there were a few things about the waterfront that we hadn’t anticipated. I had imagined we would do more swimming, but at high tide there wasn’t really a shoreline, and at low tide there was quite a bit of algae and seaweed. My son loves to fish, so the amount of seaweed made that a little challenging. I’m sure guests who know the area may already be familiar with these conditions.The house had a wonderful, comfortable, lived-in character—it almost felt like staying at your grandma’s house for the weekend, which gave it a very homey feel. The major surfaces were clean.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and especially appreciated the beautiful setting, incredible sunsets, and convenient location for exploring Boston."

"This was a perfect home base for our family of four on our trip to Boston. We really enjoyed being able to relax and unwind outside of the city each evening. Walks on the beach across the street and the sunset views over the water from the deck were the perfect way to end each night. Boston was easily accessible by the ferry or the T. This home has everything you could want or need. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The most well-outfitted VRBO I’ve ever stayed at (and I have stayed at dozens). Everything we could want or need was already there!The location was superb- across the street from the beach, a couple minutes walk to a playground for the grandsons, and the best clam shack (The Clam Box) steps away from the playground! Close to a T stop (we drove because we had little kids with us).The bedroom arrangement is slightly strange with rooms inside rooms, but worked out great for our group- grandparents and family of four.The kitchen was great! Gas range, large fridge, large sink, plenty of cookware, dishes, cutlery, glassware, etc. also prior guests (I suppose) had left sugar and spices. Keurig with coffee pods (thank you!) electric kettle (a necessity for our Brit son-in-law), and a filtered water container for the fridge, plus plenty of ice cube trays.The place was spotlessly clean! There were plenty of towels, and even facial tissue, and hand soap at every sink.We had a couple of issues and they were taken care of quickly with a phone call to the host.We had a wonderful stay! Highly recommend!"
