"Modern, clean stay in Loughborough, close enough to the high street, parks, and shops. The place was great for our little family and hosting the cousins we came to visit for a little sleep over thanks to pull out couch. Well equiped kitchen, and parking was right in front. "

"Absolutely perfect. Instructions are very clear , place was pristine . I was surprised at the size of the property as I thought it would be smaller . Good size bedroom,kitchen, living space and even the bathrooms was good with a rainfall shower and normal wand (I’m 6ft4 so that makes a difference ) very handy and detailed handbook helping you with any questions or queries. Communication was excellent from the host. Really pleased with my overall experience "

"Felt very comfortable and relaxed here. More inviting than the pictures make out, high ceilings a plus. Wine fridge and freshly ground coffee very much appreciated. High end furnishings, very clean and well maintained. B&O equipment very exciting. Wifi is very spotty though (some of us still have to do work from time to time). "The quality of the property, particularly the downstairs bedrooms and bathrooms, is a bit shabby - feels more like a 'Home of Multiple Occupancy' than a holiday cottage. The big living space is great, though, ideal for the ten adults and 2 children in our group. The kitchen needs some TLC - the equipment is old and some of it not very good (the can opener doesn't work, the cafetiere leaks coffee grounds into your mug, one of the kettles is a bit ropey) but the mezzanine style works well in terms...

"Great location, helpful hosts. Property a little tired in parts with upgrades an ongoing process. Some areas need early attention and a welcome pack of essentials, which we would happily pay for, would be useful. Adding WiFi would also be great."
