"At telephone beforehand and on arrival all staff were very pleasant, warm, friendly and helpful. Room was fine and air con a welcome surprise. Dinner in restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was good but not perhaps as good as dinner. Grounds all very attractive but walking around, particularly at the rear, we did notice some litter and areas in need of attention. Overall an enjoyable visit and in my view competitively priced."

"We had a wonderful stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a great selection. A special mention goes to Rachel at the bar, who was friendly, professional, and made our evenings enjoyable with her warm conversation. The lady at reception was also lovely and provided us with all the information we needed on arrival. All the staff were welcoming, attentive, and made us feel at home throughout our stay. "Great in airport location for an early flight..literally a five minute easy walk to terminal. Rooms were comfortable with good bed and extremely sound proofed. Restaurant and bar were convenient, and expectedly expensive for a captive audience."

"Rude receptionist who barely acknowledged us on arrival, completely disinterested. The room was basic but clean and fine for our short stay of 1 night. The general noise levels are awful, no soundproofing in the walls and constant banging from an internal door along the corridor. There is no temperature control in the room and it was particularly hot weather which made our stay very uncomfortable and difficult to sleep. Would not recommend to anyone and we are very easy going people"

I absolutely loved the breakfast buffet, it was well-maintained and everything was always fresh. I loved the hotel room. I only wish there was air-conditioning but other than that everything was great."

"Booked here mainly for the air conditioning ..30+ degrees at the moment. Upon check in we were informed that the air con was broken in our room. They had put a fan in the room so went to see. It was like an oven so politely declined. We were offered an upgrade, but was asked if we were willing to pay the difference ourselves. I once again politey declined as it wasn't my fault the system had failed. We were put into the upgraded room with working air con....lovely however, the dirt on the...
