"Such a wonderful place to stay. Excellent value and very comfortable. Staff were brilliant. Honestly its lovelier than the photos show. Its also incredibly conveniently located a short walk from everything. We stayed in a room with a shared bathroom. What we didnt realise was theres also a shared kitchen area and dining room which was perfect to save a bit of money too. I would highly recommend staying here. "

"Loved this little “guest house” residence. Everything was terrific with the exception of the mattresses. They were like sleeping on bricks. Hard and uncomfortable. The room design, plugs, bathroom are so well thought out. It was immaculately clean. Perfect for a quick overnight as it’s literally 2 minutes to the airport. There is a minimum cost of 20 Eutos to/from the airport whether you use a can or Uber. "

"Fantastic hotel. Man on the front desk was extremely helpful. Organised us a taxi and a meet and greet to Morano Island. Fully stocked mini bar and coffee machine stocked daily. Perfect location. Only thing missing was a floor length mirror (only had 1 in bathroom above sink) "

"EXCELLENT!!! Front desk: Giordana Fato was so kind and gave us precise instructions for going from Santa Lucia Station to the hotel. Always with a smile for helping us. Room: we were at 226 room, it is fantastic!! In a corner, it has an amazing view to the channels, at night it’s like to be inside a postcard sight! "The room was in a great location that was very walkable to all places of interest. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, even coordinating transportation for us from the property to the airport."

"The hotel was difficult to find, a doorway on a small street or alley, we walked past it. There are stairs from the water bus to the hotel, hard if you have large baggage, no ramps. Check in was remote, and it went well. then you must go up one flight of stairs. again - difficult with baggage. Room was quite small but adequate. there is a closet - takes a lot of space and blocks art of the room, better if it was removed! "Property was in a great location for walking and was clean. I was a little uneasy for check in. I needed to check in early and it was hard to get good communication. In the end it all worked out and someone was there but it was not clear or assuring. "

"We didn't receive our room number and code before we arrived. There isn't a lobby area. Fortunately a person was leaving the building and we were able to get in. The cleaning person called and the person she talked to emailed us the correct code. We did arrive before check-in time so maybe we would have received the code if we arrived later. No place to store luggage if you arrive early. Very small bathroom in our room."

"Great little hotel, Reception staff (Maria) was lovely and very helpful. It's more of a house with rooms than a hotel as there are very limited facilities outside of the rooms (i.e. none). Certainly not suitable for anyone with physical disabilities as the stairs are steep (no lift). Location is near to lots of dining and shopping so great and only 4-5 minutes to the Rialto and St Marks. Really enjoyed the experience"

"A stay that exceeded expectations. Communication with the property was very smooth and quick, when we arrived it was pouring so at check-in we were able to borrow an umbrella. The building has electronic safe access with room key and it was lovely to see an old building refurbished with a style mixing modern with new. "Love this apartment on Guidecca! Next door to the Mulino Stucky Hilton was great! Easy boat access to central Venice, but in a lovely quiet and non-touristy area. The Hilton next door was convenient for bag storage, as well as boat access to Venice, while also offering a place for late night cocktails/ meals.
