10/10 Excellent

"The hotel was beautiful, clean and very well looked after. We had a family room with a separate bedroom for the kids. The room was outstanding, the bathroom had a huge bath as well as a walk in shower with high quality toiletries. The staff were very friendly, the breakfast buffet was amazing and the restaurant was also very good. All in all a fantastic hotel. Very conveniently located only a 10 minute drive from the center of Brugge."

"This is a true budget hotel: the rooms are very tiny with not much space to move around in. The bath towels were small and thin and the shower is in an open area beside the bed. Our room overlooked the central railway tracks but the sound of the trains wasn't actually that loud. Staff were very helpful and the location was convenient for walking to the old town of Bruges. Parking was relatively inexpensive, but the hotel room was expensive relative to its size and condition. I guess it was all about location, location, location."

"The hotel was in an excellent location as it was a short walk to the centre of town and there was a bus stop nearby for the train station. There were two cafes for breakfast and a very nice restaurant nearby which we found very convenient. The rooms were traditional, perhaps a bit dated but very clean and we had a lovely view of the canal from the bedroom and the bathroom. The staff were very polite and helpful. They provided us with extra free bottles of water as it was extremely hot when we were there and gave us helpful advice about directions to tourist sights."

"I found the property not to be suitable for a senior . The shower is in the tub and the faucet is in the middle of the tub so it's awkward. The sink has the shelf so low that you can knock your head into it. There was stairs to get to my room but no hand rail. But on the positive the staff was excellent , helpful and pleasant. We liked the complementary chocolates and cookies. It was very thoughtful."
