"Perfect for us. We basically just needed a place to sleep.very comfortable, great shower and loved patio in front. No kitchen but did have coffee maker, microwave and frig. That was all we needed. Quiet at night and beds were very comfortable. Very clean and decorated very nicely."

Some appliances, like the touch-sensor kitchen faucet and lamps in the bedroom were slightly baffling at first, but we got used to them. The wall mounted smart TV is HUGE. "What a gem! My family and I loved our stay here; the apartment is wonderfully appointed, and decorated beautifully throughout. We had everything we needed, with soft, comfortable bedding, an absolutely gorgeous kitchen (seriously, I want to take this kitchen home with me!), great bathrooms, and a comfortable living room with enough seating for all of us. "New construction home. Bed was great. Homes are still being built around this home. However, area was very quiet at night. TV had only streaming service channels. The TV was a smart TV, so I used my dish anywhere account and used AirPlay from my phone to watch my normal shiows. Very close to Sun City Roseville."
