"We loved the property, it is in a great location next to the river. The house is well equipped and clean and comfortable. The communication with the host beforehand was clear and the directions to the property were easy to follow. The only hitch we experienced was that at the point we booked the property it had a hot tub, but by the time of our booking the hot tub was no longer there. Other than that, we had a great stay. "Location was fantastic, less than 5 min walk to train station that goes to London and 2 grocery stores across the street. Owner was response, allowed us to drop our bags early and leave 30 min after check in. Our VRBO we had rented cancelled when we arrived at 10:20 pm. Super frustrating after an 8 hour flight. We booked this house and somehow it double booked on VRBO platform. Fortunately, Owner had a 2nd property available; he saved the day!"
