"The location is quiet. The main road is around 100 meters far, which makes the sound from the road to be low. The surrounding area is nice, with forest all around. "I like the fact that the hotel is just a few steps from the ferry to the center and the metro. So convenient but not noisy, not crowded. Hotel is new, well staffed. Room is spacious, clean, and simple. Bed is King sized with clean, soft linen. What is really awsome is the breakfast which covers from coffee, tea, juice to bakery, mixed greens, pastries, bread...you name it! Staff is helpful, courteous, and professional. We certainly will stay here again if we are to go back to Copenhagen"

"The staff were very professional and polite. Room was a bit wee but fine for 3 nights. The minibar was excellent value for money - best in Copenhagen. There were many business people in the hotel and I felt that there should be a better policy on business meetings taking place in public bars particularly when headphones are not used and conversations are loud. "The location and staff were excellent. However, the room was not properly cleaned. The carpet had two large sticky spots, which appeared to be from drinks spilled by previous guests. I reported this to the reception, and they offered to move us to another room. However, we had already unpacked our luggage, so we decided to stay. The air conditioning was also very poor and barely worked. The room felt hot and uncomfortable, and as a result, we did not sleep well."
