"The weather, while a bit warm for our weekly visit, was excellent. The Top Sail beach location for this property--also excellent--was just the right size for our family of four adults and a dog. The kitchen had all the cooking tools needed for eat-in dining. We especially liked the screened-in deck overlooking the beach, as well as the portion of the deck in front of the screened-in area. Sea turtles nested in the dune very near this property and we were able to watch several young sea turtles make their way to the water's edge. We hope they survive! The property owner was a joy to work with and was very accommodating. This property is a prime on-the-beach location on the southern end of the Surf City beach area. We are seriously considering renting this very property for next year's family vacation!"
