"the staff was friendly, the room clean but generic.. bathroom somewhat outdated but ok View of harbor spectacular, had a frig and Keurig in the room plus an iron and ironing board. but no safe. Bed very comfortable, Air conditioning worked well. No room service but had restaurant on the property. Parking lot at the hotel and location right on the harbor and convenient to shops and restaurants. Only complaint would be the tv.. very limited shows, mostly local stations.. no cable news or shows.. an old hotel and a little tired but All in all , a good value for the money. Great location!"

"I stayed at Holiday Inn because I had a wedding in Rhode Island. Check in was painless, we were able to check in earlier than expected. Front desk staff were very helpful and had answered any questions we had. The all you can eat breakfast was awesome, and the kitchen was so nice. The hotel was modern, and clean. No complaints at all, except for I wish the outside pool was useable!"

"My room was immaculate. The carpet smelled new and my shower looked brand new. I may have been the first person to use it. In June I stayed up the road at another hotel that is in the same price range and it was dirty and I wouldn't stay there again. This hotel was doing construction in various rooms. I saw workers hauling around old and new carpet when I was in my room mid day. It's nice to see they are keeping everything fresh. The grounds and landscaping were immaculate. There was plenty of free parking. The hotel is set back from the main drag a little bit, so its quiet and drifters don't come and wander into the lobby, as I saw at the "other" hotel. I didn't try the breakfast because I was already working by the time it was served. I didnt use the pool but it looked clean, and there were several tables to sit at. The wifi worked well. The owner (or manager, or both) was polite and helpful."
