"Despite the very average location with some nearby properties not being well kept, we were pleasantly surprised that Maria's property and the area around the Bungalows is very well developed, and very attractive. The view is terrific. Maria is a great hostess, met us upon arrival, checked on how we were enjoying our stay, and responded quickly to inquiries. Accommodations very clean and comfortable, and kitchen very well equipped. All in all a very pleasant stay."

The cabin was super clean, with everything I needed including AC, a washer/dryer, and a super comfy bed, in an absolutely gorgeous setting with beautiful creek sounds you can hear inside the cabin, and it's perfectly situated very close to Nelson and nearby beaches. "I booked through expedia endup paying through vrbo. Tried to cancel onthe following day and was offered only 117/_ out of 305. Basically i did not stay at tye placce and 305 dollars. I had to book a hotel to stay for 2nights. Frustrated and dissapointed This place is ideal for hitch hikers. Not much infomation on expedia. "

"We really enjoyed the property. There are short hikes around the property, that you can link up to longer hikes if you choose. About 20 minutes from Nelson. There are a few cabins on the property, but very private and not all too close to each other. It was very quiet and easy to get to more urban areas if you choose. "We were here for a quick weekend getaway. What a beautiful place. The woodworking that went into the cabins was amazing. Thoughtfully decorated. Very unique. Close enough to Nelson but far enough as well. Would love to see a big comfy chair or couch in the Elise cabin!"
