"On arrival, TV wasn't working, toilet didn't flush and safe was not working. Support did come up to fix TV and the toilet, but safe was found out afterwards and decided not to call them up again."

The apartment was clean, quiet, spacious, affordable, and had everything we needed, and the host is wonderful - responds promptly and is very helpful. The property is located in an older neighborhood away from the Strip, and it’s a great place to stay if you want to be close to everything without being in the middle of the Las Vegas scene. "Claudia was an amazing host who quickly gave a rundown of everything about the property and location. Easy and detailed instructions that myself may have missed and feel extremely terrible about. As I usually read everything, but it was so thorough I assumed very professional service similar to a hotel. If welcomed back, I would place this at the top of my own personal list of places to stay when I come."

"Avoids the circus on the strip, but you can go visit. No joke about the Valet parking, sometimes took a while to get our car at peak rush times (morning, before dinner), but with that slight planning, everything was perfect. Joe was great, even mailed back something we left behind."
