"We received a wonderful warm welcome and the same level of friendly hospitality throughout our stay. The food was excellent and we enjoyed the company of locals in the pub. We thoroughly recommend this as place to stay, eat or just have a drink in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. "

"Loved the room, it was a comfy bed and had all the amenities we needed. The staff were helpful, chatty and very welcoming. We had breakfast most days and lunch on the day we didn’t in the pub downstairs and Alex even remembered what sauce we liked! The pub had a fab atmosphere, the food was lush and the cocktails were gorgeous. Would definitely stay again 💕❤️😍"

"Had a lovely stay for few days and good location to explore local area, especially Steam train with Staverton station walkable distance. Food really good and we were pleased with how well they catered for gluten intolerances. Really friendly staff."

"Short and sweet: you get what you pay for. Windows wouldn’t open had to put a wedge in so it would, curtains stained with unknown substance. Pillowes we had on our bed was sofa cushions. Bathroom tiles was coming up. My daughters window by her bed would have been easy for anyone to open from outside luckily was was on 3rd floor. "
