"We loved staying in this house. It was perfect for our family of 6 and my parents. Great amenities and so much space. Were certainly quite a few broken things when we arrive such as the back screen door, the hot tub was empty with stagnant water in it, cuts in the felt of the pool table and broken screens in the deck area. "Very clean and tidy.Communication was lacking. Did not know how to get into room. Did not have code to get keys. Said there was a washing machine and dryer - again poor Communication about where washing machine was and also no dryer available. Ended up needing to go to laundromat which was fine but would have bern good to know prior. Minimal parking but that was clear in the description of the property. "

"I stayed here with my husband and toy cavoodles while we evacuated our flood prone house and waited out Cyclone Alfred. Steve was amazing at helping out and accommodating our needs and his communication was fast and excellent. The house was super clean, comfortable and safe. It held up very well and met all our needs. The patio works really well for wet weather and the dogs loved the garden. There are lots of rooms and many made-up queen sized beds which we didn't need but would easily...

"Great house and pool.Everything you need.Restaurants and loads of shopping only a couple of minutes away. Debbie Lynne and Will are lovely people. Plenty of parking.Only 30 mins from the airport.Everywhere easily accessible.Highly recommend and will definitely stay again.Our group was 8 adults and 3 children and everyone loved it."

"The ventilation in the room was noisier than a jumbo jet taking off. The access to check in was poor with a car. The staff were excellent given that the majority of guests probably suffer similar frustrations as we did. To be honest we would stay somewhere else next time. "
