"Internet was good. View was nice. Staff were great. Room was pretty clean. There was a drawer in the kitchenette that wouldn’t stay shut and we had to kill a roach, but other than that it was a fine room. Beds were pretty comfortable."

"I'm not sure why this has a poor rating other then the ratings are older during a low period. Nice hotel, though I will admit the lobby seems a bit run down and has a particular smell. The room was updated and very nice. Be prepared on watching any shows cutting in and out, the reception for the tv was awful. Staff were nice and courteous. Only a drink station - coffee,tea, hot chocolate and a water station. No breakfast or food on site but restaurants started only a block away."

"The walls were so thin, we could hear the people above us stomping around at 6am and then housekeeping was laughing and hollering at each other out in the hallway like all morning right outside our door. "
