"We were greeted with positive attitude. Very pleased with room size and how clean it was. The bar on site was very friendly and good food. The only issue was construction outside the room and was very noisy, but that is construction and that happens."

"Great Price, Great location, Clean and comfortable bed and room. The only reason for giving a 4 star I wish they had specific rooms with no pets, and the front desk was not able to guarantee the room had not ever had pets. She just reassured me that each rooms was deep cleaned. I am very allergic to pet dander. She put us on the bottom floor, the room was clean. Luckily we only stayed 1 night, & I had no issues. Would recommend to family and friends."

"We really like and always stay at Springhill Suites whenever we spend a night or 2 when we go to Prescott. It's everything plus in what we look for when we book a hotel. Clean and Spacious room, friendly staff, breakfast included, and plenty of parking. The hotel is convenient to everything and an easy walk to downtown. We have already reserved a room for the next time we plan to go back to Prescott."
