Der Boden war voller Staub und Hundehaare, das Bad war verkalkt, die Küche und vor allem der Herd war schmutzig und vor dem Ofen lag noch Dreck. Wir haben uns bei der Agentur beschwert und innerhalb von 24h kam zwar jemand vorbei, jedoch haben sie nur oberflächlich geputzt. "Basically this listing on hotels.com has a lot of information that is not listed on their listed but is only provided to you after you've booked. On the listing, prior to my booking, the check in time is from 0900hrs but after booking, the property sent me an email stating check in is at 1600hrs. That's a discrepancy of 7 hours! Contacted the property via hotels.com chat and they just conveniently said please refer to their website. Why didn't they just put the right information at the listing...
