I was just out of luck, that’s all. Their system messed up my dates. Then room I was sent to was dirty. Staff was very nice and tried to help. The reason for 2 stars is for the temperature of the room was 25-26 C. It was way too hot to be comfortable and was unable to sleep because of the temperature.
