This is a very clean, well appointed unit. Management was very prompt, courteous, and friendly. It is only 2-3 short blocks from the river walk which you can follow to the historic stone bridge and the Old Bazaar. It is also a very easy walk to the bus station for connections from Sophia and to Ohrid.Its also an easy walk to a mall with grocery as well as very close to the metro bus line.

The manager was extremely accommodating. We arrived early after sending 12 hours on a night bus. We had huge bags with our bikes in they took in the bags, and got us into the apartment 2 hours early. The apartment was difficult to find. Sign posting would be helpful (something better than the hand written sharpie marker on the door ). The area is developing a mixture of new apartments and tumble down buildings. Local shop keepers and residents all help us with directions. Convenient location for public transport and local shops. Only 10 minute walk to centre Skopje.

The apartment was spotless, the wifi worked amazing and the amenities were great. Felt very secure and communication was easy and clear. Would recommend. Its not in the city centre, about a 15 min walk, but convenient.

Very conveniently based property. Ideal if you are arriving / departing from Skopje bus station as there are great transport links but also very close walking distance to the centre (around 10-15 minutes). Apartment is clean and well kept and host was very accommodating and helpful!

Modern apartment in a new block equipped with all the facilities one might need. Parking space underground accessible by an elevator. Surprisingly close to the shopping center and downtown. The person that checked us in was very helpful. Check in was the easiest so far on my travels.

For a short stopover perfectly located with access within seconds to both the central bus terminal and the railway station. A small shop for essential needs in the same building outside. The surrounding is not that inviting, but one doesn`t chose this flat for sightseeing.

Excellent accommodation. Good location, easy walking distance to the bus station and town square. Spacious and clean apartment. Washing machine. Very comfortable mattress. Great communication, host was super helpful when checking in and we accidentally left a phone on the bus. Strong wifi. Highly recommended.

I booked this apartment for my parents and they were happy with my choice. Victor the owner was very polite and helpful. He even helped with their luggage, recommend a restaurant for dinner and was flexible during check in. There was a misunderstanding about the location, GPS took my parents to the wrong place but Victor communicated with me and was understanding. The property comes with a free enclosed underground parking garage, it is close to town center and an easy walk to everything. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

This was a great place. I had a one bedroom apartment. It came with washing machine a kitchen and netflix. Ive been traveling for 6 weeks and this was the best pkace I've had. It felt like a home. It was a 15 minute walk from the bus station. A couple blocks from a grocery store and about a mile from the downtown area. I had no issues. I liked this place. I would definitely recommend for those who are tired of hotels.

Very accessible—just 3mins walk to the bus station/metro. More or less 5-10 mins to Vero Mall. The apartment is very spacious, clean, comfy with complete basic equipments.
