"Just had 5 nights at this hotel (late October) and it was wonderful. Busy enough to feel part of something, quiet enough so that there were no queues at all for food (which was plentiful, varied and delicious) and plenty of space in every area (poolside, restaurants, etc). Room was comfy, pools were lovely (if a little cold), sun loungers were plentiful, staff were great (my daughter and I did sunset yoga every day - bliss) and only a 25 minute taxi ride from Heraklion Airport. Deserves every one of it's 4 stars."

"The beach is very close as is the shops,bars,restaurants. The hotel food could have been hotter. Most staff were very friendly and approachable "
