On downside I'd say that reception service was not always interested in even trying to help out with small requests (was looking for a lighter, they didn't even try to help)"

They also welcomed us with a bottle of wine and provided several great discounts throughout the hotel. The included breakfast was a highlight, with fresh-squeezed juices and a delicious spread I looked forward to every morning. But the best part?
