"Checked us into a room that was already occupied and then said they were sending a key with an employee that never showed up. Had to go back down to the desk and I ended up finding the employee that was supposed to have had the new room key and she said she forgot. Will not stay there again."

"Excellent staff- helpful with any need we had. Seems to be a problem here with AC units in the summer. They work and blow cold air, but it is very damp air. Everything in room including hanging clothes are damp feeling. Towels dont dry out, carpet is damp. Same for other rooms that were in our group. ..."
