"My wife and I prefer to stay in historic hotels whenever we can. We love the character, the classic comfort and ambiance, and the beautiful location on Reynolds Square. Our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable. The hotel offered a wine and cheese gathering in the lobby on Friday evening. They also served up fresh, hot cookies in the evenings. This hotel was a classic that lived up to our expectations. The location was close to all we wanted to do. This was much more enjoyable for us as compared to a more “modern” hotel. The staff were great and very friendly. They treated us well and with respect. The valet and bellman were kind and friendly. "
