"This property may be fine in the summer, but in the winter it is simply not fit for purpose, and should never be advertised for holiday lets. We had booked a 'family apartment' advertised as having one double and two single beds. The apartment had just one bedroom, but the kitchen/dining room had a single bed in it, and a sofa.
