I dropped my money leaving the building and was all the way in the parking lot when I realized my purse was open and saw “money gone!” Backtracking to look for it I was greeted by the desk clerk/ bartender waving my money. She said we were the only people who went out during the few minutes!!!! I had my $200 in cash back. "

"We stayed in the upper peninsula for five nights in this very well equipped cottage. It was unbeatable for the price and served nicely as a base of exploration. It’s about a 12 mile driving into Houghton and we were a little surprised at the remoteness of the property. But if you are looking for a scenic, peaceful experience, this is it."

"This was our first time exploring Michigan's Upper Peninsula, and we could not have been happier with the house. Everything was as advertised, and Ann was a wonderful host. Our kids loved the sand beach and calm shallow bay for playing in the water. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well-stocked, and the basement game room is great for nighttime or rainy day entertainment. We also had a blast enjoying the towns of the Keweenaw Peninsula and fishing with local guides. If our travels ever bring us back to the UP, this is where we would hope to stay again! "

"All around fantastic property! Plenty to do for our group that ranged from 10 to 85! Sunsets, stars, fire pit, huge deck, pool table, foosball, shuffleboard, Blackstone, hot tub, kayaks, splash pad, dock, not sure what more we could have wanted. The surrounding area is full of waterfalls, local establishments, trails and more. We will 100% be back!!!"
