Beautiful fully-equipped farmhouse set on 5 private acres overlooking Skaneateles lake. Four bedrooms (one is a loft) and two full baths comfortably accommodate 8. Easy access to Skaneateles, Syracuse, Ithaca, waterfalls, hiking, wineries and boutique shopping. Robust WiFi, A/C in the bedrooms, large eat-in kitchen, living room w/ TV, music room with baby grand piano, large central hall/dining room. The grounds include formal and cutting gardens, two small ponds, a regulation horseshoe pit, patios with outdoor tables/seating and a Weber gas grill, a fire pit, a small orchard and much more. There is a large lawn perfect for volleyball, wiffleball, frisbee, soccer and croquet (all available/provided). Perfect for families and close friends, as the bedrooms are interconnected by a bathroom and two staircases, one of which is spiral. (This means that to get to the twin bedroom or the loft bedroom, you will need to walk through another bedroom and/or bathroom.)

Quiet, comfortable and beautifully appointed. Room for everyone to enjoy good times together--or to relax privately inside or out, with reading nooks, a music room and multiple gardens and patios.
