"I booked on Expedia which advertised a pool.... we drove almost 2 hours from home to have a nice weekend on the river with a hotel pool for my kiddos birthday. We show up and there is no pool. The front desks said that Expedia did not take down the pool in their ad and "they have asked for it to be taken off". I feel this is very misleading and we cancelled for this reason. We received a quick refund but it was 4 hours of driving, upset kids and a big waste of gas for no reason."

"I recently stayed at this property, having visited many times when it was a Comfort Suites. Since the takeover by Best Western, I noticed that the rooms have been beautifully remodeled and were spotlessly clean. The free breakfast was a fantastic perk that really started my day off right. I didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but it looked inviting and well-maintained. "Very dirty and unkempt. Cobwebs and bird poo all over the balcony railings. Hadn’t ever been cleaned. Bathrooms light bulb was out, leaking toilet and ants around tub."

"Great location, helpful staff, comfortable beds, nice bathroom/shower layout. Hotel is well-maintained and clean. Close proximity to several EV charging stations. The pool and sauna were amazing. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet (even had vegan options), and the infused waters. I would definitely stay there again!"
