"Lovely room and staff. Booked this just for one night as a stop over before the Hirtshals ferry and worked out well. Room was bigger than I was expecting with a hall and big bathroom. Restaurant was buzzing which was great to see."

"The place itself was nice and the location was convenient for the ferry. However, we specifically booked this property and paid extra compared to other options because the listing said there was a washing machine. When we arrived, we were told there was no washing machine, which was very frustrating as we are on a long road trip and needed to do laundry. We also messaged the hotel through Expedia before arriving but never received a reply. Once there, it was almost impossible to reach a staff...

"They do have rooms with better view, but I did not find them through Hotels doc com, even so, it was still gorgeous. Also the bed and the covers/pillows were outstanding. I slept like a rock. The room was a tad too bare in some respects, e.g. no holder for soap and shampoo in the shower, but plenty of outlets, lights and accompanying switches and a nice large screen tv. Breakfast was solid and kept me well going for the day"
