Appartement agréable ,bien placé, belle vue sur le lac .village très bien conçu.tout est sur place boutique, plage ,piscine et resto .pas besoin de prendre la voiture .Super avec des enfants

Il n'y a qu'une chambre en réalité. 2 lits (superposés) sont disposés dans un cagibi. Le parking est difficilement utilisable au delà d'une Clio. Pas de machine à laver le linge. L'agence est relativement loin de la résidence. Celle-ci est sympa dans un bel environnement arboré, avec piscine agréable, proche commerces premières nécessités. Le kit remis contient ce qui est nécessaire pour les premiers jours en terme de produits d'entretien et c'est bienvenu.

Appartement ou il ne fait pas avoir de souci avec escaliers. Place de parking inexploitable. Nous nous sommes garés à 800 m de l appartement . Mais appartement très bien placé,proche mer et piscine. Belle vue sur parc de la terrasse

Bonne prestation bonne localisation on fait beaucoup de chose sans prendre la voiture seul bémol la place de la voitureste très petite et pas d autre place de proposée dans la résidence (gros point noir).

Appartement très bien mais quelques points rédhibitoires pour une location de ce type: Parking souterrain inutilisable pour une voiture moyenne Une seule clé pour la porte d'entrée pour 6 personnes ! Pas d'ascenseur pour un Appartement au 2eme étage Retrait et restitution des clefs ne se font pas sur place.

Le - : 2 lits superposés dans un placard! Les couchages du salon sont limites. Le wi-fi ne fonctionne pas malgré supp. Place de parking plus que petite: Un Juke rentre tout juste en rabattant les retros. Mieux vaut avoir des vélos :2 km pour avoir des commerces sympa. Retirer et rendre les clés à St Cyr est une aberration. + : Appart très agréable. Terrasse super sympa. Grande chambre en haut avec terrasse et Sdb nickel. Propre. Accueil+.

la place de parking n'est pas adapté aux vehicules de gros gabarit. Il serait judicieux de prevenir les locataires . Il faudrait pouvoir poser les clefs sur le lieux de location afin de ne pas pénaliser les voyageurs

Impossible d'avoir Accès à notre place de parking Car trop petit Je ne relouerai pas pas votre agence car trop compliqué pour récupérer les clés 1h de détour Peut-être être prévoir des boites au lettre ou une permanence sur place ou dans les anciens locaux de XXX qui sont laissés à l abandon ce qui est dommage pour l'image de la résidence. Par contre la résidence nous a plus on passera par une autre agence

Idéalement bien situé, résidence calme et verdoyante. Seul bémol certain agent de la sécurité à la piscine se prenne pour la police et parle mal aux enfants, vous n'aurez pas de mal à avoir un transat dans la journée vu que les enfants ne peuvent rien faire. Heureusement que la plage est à 50m de la location. Pour finir c'était quand même de très bonne vacance .
