Large loggia with removable bay windows and awning, small sofa, garden table and chairs - Open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, 4-burner electric hob, extractor hood, kettle, toaster, electric coffee maker) - Main room with dining area, sofa, TV, and small fan - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140 cm) and TV - 1 second bedroom with 2 single bunk beds (90 cm) - Bathroom with shower, washing machine, and electric towel dryer - Separate toilet.

Linens and towels not provided - Mandatory cleaning fee of €40 - Security deposit: €400.

Tennis court: €6/hour - Swimming pool: Adults and teens aged 13 to 17: €5/day - Children aged 6 to 12: €3/day - Pool open from June 1st to September 15th.

Secure residence - Direct access to the sea - 35-hectare wooded pine forest by the sea with walking trails around two large lakes, a fitness trail, a children's playground, boules courts, mini-golf, tennis courts, and a swimming pool.

During the winter season (November to March), electricity billing is payable as an additional fee (€0.22/kWh, based on the meter readings upon arrival and departure).
