"The House was Perfect for our Family. We used the Pool nonstop and my 2 grand daughter played in the sand. Unfortunately the sargassum was bad in the water but we knew to expect it. Shelley & Lesta were Awesome !!"

"The house was clean and well-stocked to cook. Beds were comfy and the AC worked when power wasn’t out. House manager Jeanette was so awesome — communicative, friendly, helpful. She also rents golf carts to 18 and our teens loved zipping around Hopkins and having some freedom. The seaweed was pretty bad at our house but plenty of docks a couple houses away to access the ocean."

The location is perfect — right on the beach with stunning sunrises, warm ocean breezes, and a laid-back vibe that captures the heart of Belize. The rooms are clean, cozy, and just steps from the sea. The staff? Absolutely incredible — friendly, helpful, and full of local tips that made our trip even better. "Our family vacation of 8 adults and 9 children was fantastic. The pool was perfect for many volleyball games and enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards provided. We used chef Aaron for 5 of the 7 dinners and was outstanding. Ellen was there to help with anything including help organizing a special 50th anniversary party. Thanks to all for a memorable stay"

" I highly recommend Villa Rising Sun. Mark and Sabrina were both interested in everything we did, but also to make sure we had no needs or issues (which we didn’t). The listing is very accurate as the house. Very clean and well-located to Hopkins. We rented a golf cart and that was all you really need unless you want to venture further away.Great things about the place - the dock has a regular flow of manatee. We saw several. Also, the tarpon and yellow jacks at night are a blast to watch. Dean did a terrific job hooking us up with tours and we were really pleased with them (see Get To Know Belize Adventures). Dean was also there to make sure everything we needed was met."
