"Right on the water in the town of Sitka, with very nice staff. Quick complimentary airport shuttle (seasonal) with knowledgeable driver— friendly, helpful and enthusiastic. Good dinner in newly opened pub/cafe. Great fresh fish n chips as well as locally caught fresh seafood. Breakfast cereal, yoghurt, pastries, fruit , coffee are provided for your self made breakfast. Fridge and coffee machine in my room. Sparklingly clean bath and abundant hot water. Elevator. Right next to charter boat dock. Enjoy!"

"This cozy cabin provides the ultimate Sitka view! It’s a perfect size for two couples. Even with dreary weather during our visit we were able to enjoy the tide pools in the backyard and sip coffee watching the boats cruise in front of Mt. Edgecumbe. The hosts were very accommodating and the cabin was clean and equipped for our arrival. Hope to stay at Raven’s Roost again!"

"We arrived in the afternoon and were delighted to walk into such a clean and bright place. The boys (9 & 10) were pretty happy about their trundle bed and smart tv in the living room and my room had an amazingly comfortable bed! Everything smelled and felt clean which is definitely one of my top priorities. The laundry was available for use and that was helpful! They loved the bike use! There was a convenience store, gas station, and brewery in the same parking lot and that was great! Candance, the property manager, was always helpful and available to answer all my questions! We had some kids over for dinner and play one afternoon and they had plenty of space. The only things missing were the hairdryer and a can opener. I just have nothing bad to say about this place, really. The rental car option was the BEST! Nowhere in Sitka could I find a car for a decent price. This car, although not new, was the perfect option for us and was dropped off where we came in on the boat and we dropped it in the same place when we left. So convenient!"

"The inside looks like it is brand new. Very very clean and comfortable. Linens were great. We felt like it was home. The shower was excellent, high pressure and plenty of hot water. The kitchen was immaculate and had everything we needed. We had seals, eagles fishing and a whale right outside our window. I recommend it highly. 5+++ stars"

"Great view of the ocean. Very nice room with all the amenities you would need. Made dinner one night and had all the things needed to do so. The candles and electric fireplace added to the ambiance. Would definitely recommend staying here. I'm hoping to get a room again at this property."
