Beautiful Downstairs Studio for rent

Studio is in the downstairs of a large 7,000 sq. ft. home that sits on a private 2.5 acre lot with spectacular panoramic views of the ocean and mountains. Located in a beautiful setting, you will enjoy overlooking Sitka Sound, outlying islands and passageways. Eagles are abundant during summer months and on occasion you may spot deer roaming in our yard, or get to see whales out front.
Studio is a spacious, 1,275 sq. ft. space with a private entry. You will find a large, open floor plan with a well-equipped kitchen, full bathroom (we have a shower-no bath) and sleeping area.
For those who enjoy the outdoors we have a nice outdoor space for you to enjoy. This includes table & chairs if you want to sit out. * There is a queen, double, & sofa sleeper for beds. I’d say 3 sleep comfortably if two are doubling up on the queen bed. There is a daily fee of $25.00 for each additional guest over 2. We provide most all the comforts of home inside this cozy space. *Cleaning fee of $200.00 will be charged IF rental is left a mess.
**Please note: Since this studio is a downstairs rental you will hear noise from above as it is our living space, mostly during the day. We have dogs so you will hear them move about or occasional barking alerting us that someone is coming or going.
Although we love kids our rental is not suited for small children, older children who can follow inside rules as far as noise, breakables and such are welcome but this is not a child proof rental.
We have TV but it is not cable, we use internet TV You Tube TV which has plenty of channels to enjoy. If you have a Netflix password you can use that here as well.
