The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for a self-catered stay: a Nespresso coffee machine, oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, and filtered water system. Whether you’re preparing a casual breakfast or a sunset dinner, you can dine indoors or enjoy a meal outdoors on the shaded patio dining area.

The open-plan living area includes a smart HDTV with international channels, high-speed WiFi (84 Mbps), and comfortable seating. A dedicated workspace with a desk is also available, making this a great option for remote work from Crete.

Renovated in 2025, this modern holiday villa in Mochlos sleeps up to 7 guests comfortably across three well-appointed bedrooms. Two bedrooms, one double and one twin bedroom with bunk beds, provide restful accommodations on the first floor, while an additional open sofa bed in the living room allows for flexible sleeping arrangements. On the lower floor, you’ll find a spacious double bedroom designed for comfort and relaxation. This suite features a luxurious bathroom with a large jetted bathtub and a walk-in shower. While the room does not have a window or air conditioning, it is thoughtfully equipped with a ceiling fan and a timed ventilation system to ensure a pleasant atmosphere.

The villa includes two stylish bathrooms, equipped with premium toiletries and showers. Sea views are visible from the upper bedrooms, adding to the tranquil atmosphere.

Mochlos is a hidden gem in eastern Crete. Conveniently located just 50 meters from the village centre and beach, Moments Villa Mochlos is in the heart of this charming fishing village renowned for its calm atmosphere, excellent seafood, and friendly locals.
The villa is a 50-meter stroll from the local mini market, and close to popular tavernas like Bugazi, Kochilia, and Sofia, all just steps away. Need fuel or other essentials? The area is well-equipped with a gas station and public transport nearby, giving you full access to everything the region offers. For nightlife, head to local spots like Baraki and Rocks for a relaxed drink by the sea.
The nearest airport is Heraklion International Airport, around 1.5 hours by car, or Sitia Airport, only 40 minutes away. The Torleti Pharmacy is just 5 km away, and the Agios Nikolaos General Hospital is within 30 km for any medical needs.

A car is necessary for your transportation. We can also organize a transfer in order to come to the villa and the day after, rental cars can be delivered at the property

This is a house and not a hotel, so please treat the property with respect as if it was your own :)
1. You can arrive at your accommodation after 16:00 on the Arrival Date of your holiday and you must leave by 10:00 on the Departure Date. But in any case if you wish to arrive earlier or depart later than the mentioned hours feel free to contact us and we will fulfill your request if the villa is available with no extra cost. If your arrival will be delayed, you must contact us so that alternative arrangements can be made. If you fail to do so you may not be able to gain access to the Property. If you fail to arrive by midday on the day after the Arrival Date and you have not contacted us, we may treat the booking as having been cancelled by you.

2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not enter the property or stay overnight in the property. Any kind of Party for more than the people staying in the property must be informed prior booking the villa, which in some cases it might not be accepted and if accepted extra charge might apply. In case you do so, we can refuse to hand over the Property to you, or can require you to leave. We will treat any of these circumstances as a cancelation of the booking by you and we shall be under no obligation to refund you for any fees already paid to us
in those circumstances. Any refund will be at our sole discretion

3. Every effort has been made to ensure that you have an enjoyable and memorable holiday. If however, you have any cause for complaint it is important that action is taken as soon as possible. It is essential that you contact us if any problem arises so that it can be speedily resolved. It is often extremely difficult (and sometimes impossible) for us to resolve difficulties properly unless we are promptly notified. In particular, complaints of a transient nature(example: electric power issues, warm water is out etc.) cannot possibly be investigated unless you will let us know as soon as possible whilst you are in residence.
Also after staying in the property for 48 hours and we have not received any message or email from you about any broken facilities/amenities in the property, we will hold the guest responsible for any damages caused and must be paid or replaced by the guest on spot.

4. Smoking is Not allowed in the properties so we request all of our guests not to smoke in the properties
but to smoke outside on the exterior areas, such as by swimming pools, balconies, verandas, patios or terrace.

5. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. Cleaning and linen change are done every 3/4 days.
In case you wish for the villa to be cleaned more often, it’s possible for an extra charge.

6. Hot Tub/bathtub: No children under the age of 5 are permitted in hot tubs at any time without adult supervision. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. Our housekeepers drain, sanitise, refill, and replenish chemicals in all tubs prior to your arrival therefore, it may not be warm until later that evening.

7. Tenants agree to respect the property. In case of any damage that will be made, the tenants will have to pay the cost on the spot and before leaving the villa.

8. The owner agrees to provide a clean home, cleaned just before the arrival of tenants.
Changing towels and bed linen is included in the price.

9. Please note that, in accordance with Greek law, quiet hours must be respected from 15:00 to 18:00 and 23:00 to 07:00. During these times, guests are kindly asked to keep noise to a minimum to avoid disturbing neighbours.
